Functioning in a purpose built complex on the area of 20000sqr yards in Gulshan –e – Iqbal Karachi. |

Presently 950 special students and 200 normal students are studying at Dewa Complex while about 1500 youth have been successfully rehabilitated in various organizations / set ups. |

It is the first ever Degree College of special education in Pakistan affiliated with University of Karachi and this Year its 7th batch is appearing for bachelor’s exam. |

The first batch of 18 special students of Dewa College was awarded with degree and cash awards by the Governor of Sindh in 2001. |

In the Year 2003 the President of Pakistan General Pervaiz Musharraf visited Dewa Complex and appreciating the untiring efforts of its torchbearers. The President of Pakistan announced establishment of Dewa University and also honored us to be the Patron _ in –Chief of DEWA. |

The said Dewa University Project would be only of its nature introducing INCLUSIVE EDUCATION SYSTEM - meaning there by the students with disabilities and special needs will be studying along with their normal pears under the same roof. |

The documentation of said University have been completed and it is almost on final stage to get the CHARTER. |
